Where appropriate, material costs are also disclosed in order for the homeowner to make educated decisions in regards to their overall budget. In cases where costs are higher than the homeowner was expecting, we assist in working through the design elements and the scope of work to see where areas might be scaled back, or design choices adjusted, to bring them in closer alignment with their budget.

This not only allows you the comfort of knowing that you will stay within budget, but also allows you the opportunity to make changes ahead of time in order to stay within your budget and avoid costly surprises. Once we have completed a free consultation, discussed your budget, and provided you with a rough estimate, we will either suggest that we start the pre-construction proposal process or we may require further documentation before moving into that phase.
