We have had the incredible privilege of living in Trails Edge while building this home, and can say first hand that this is a wonderful place to be. We fell in love with this spot, and it won’t take you long to understand why. The mountain views are spectacular (you will enjoy them from your master bedroom windows) and it is so very quiet. It is not uncommon to look out your window and see an elk or deer passing by. The sky is full of birds of pray soaring in the breeze, and the crickets serenade you often.

The community gets its name from being right on the edge of the beautiful Trans Canada Trail, so you will always have quick and easy access to walking or biking in the wilderness. You also have access to many quad trails from your back door. Walking in to town is made enjoyable with a number of connecting trails systems, and takes about 15 min.
